Bungy Jumping

1) Cairns, Australia- AJHackett Bungy- Vaibhavi jumped from a height of 50 m- October, 2008

If I were to rate my thrilling experiences, this would top the list- The adrenelin rush when they say '5-4-3-2-1...jump' cannot be explained. You have to experience the joy of surrendering to gravity and then bobbing up and down after you have ovecome one of the biggest challenges in life. A note to self after the experience was 'If ever considering a suiside, jumping off a building is ruled out!'.

2) Kuwarau Bridge Bungy and The Ledge Bungy- Queenstown, New Zealand
We visted these magnificient bungy sites in New Zealand but choose not to bungy thanks to my mom's threat- 'What if someting happens to either of you...You both should think about Arya...You have done it once, then what's the point in doing the same thing over and over again'.
All I can say is .....'Parents!.....'

Scuba diving in Great Barrier Reef, Australia

The Great Barrier Reef(Outer Reef)- Cairns, Australia- October 2008

This was one of the dream come true experiences- Where else would a person want to scuba dive? We had our lesson on board the ship and then as tried to remember thousands of instructions, we braced ourselves and entered the choppy water of the Great Barrier Reef. It was surprisingly calm below water. We spotted the ubiquitous clown fish (popularly known as Nemo fish) and dived deeper underwater to see many amazingly multi-colored corals and colorful fishes and finally after touching a giant clam we returned back to the boat.

The giant clam we touched!
